First download the code file from below link then unzip the file and you'll get the code in .txt format. Copy the code then :

1. Login into your blog and go to Layout tab.

2. Add a new HTML/JavaScript gadget 

3. Now paste the following code into the gadget

4. Replace YOUR RSS LINK; YOUR GOOGLE PROFILE LINK; YOUR FACEBOOK LINK; YOUR TWITTER LINK  from the code.

5. Now save the gadget and reload your blog. Enjoy the new design.        :)
